CareSuite Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CareSuite ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

CareSuite is a comprehensive healthcare management platform that provides:

  • For Patients: Appointment booking, medical record access, prescription management, and health tracking
  • For Hospitals: Staff management, patient scheduling, inventory tracking, and operational analytics
  • For Healthcare Providers: Patient management tools, scheduling systems, and communication platforms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  2. Maintain and promptly update your account information
  3. Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  4. Notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account
  5. Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Hospital Registration: Hospitals must provide valid accreditation details and maintain updated license information. CareSuite reserves the right to verify hospital credentials.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and medical information.

4.1 Health Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect health information, including:

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of CareSuite, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information when relevant

6. Medical Disclaimer

Important Medical Disclaimer: CareSuite is a healthcare management platform, NOT a medical service provider. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Healthcare Professionals: The Platform facilitates connections but does not guarantee the qualifications, credentials, or competence of any healthcare provider.

Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on CareSuite for emergency medical assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

The CareSuite Platform, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, are owned by CareSuite Healthcare Solutions Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CareSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through the Platform

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
